Join our team: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Martin County, Florida. You will be based in a residential tower block. What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Day to day you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes.
