Catering cook wanted in King George County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in King George County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Full-time, day shift.
