Plastering hand • Boone County, Nebraska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plastering hand in Boone County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish On the job you will handle: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency Full-time, day shift.
