Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel painter in Pitt County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
