Site safety steward • Snohomish County, Washington

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Snohomish County, Washington. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements On the job you will handle: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
