Aluminium workshop fabricator • Warren County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Warren County, Illinois. You will work at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces You should have: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Part-time with flexible hours.
