Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Sac County, Iowa. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Rotating shifts.
