Car wiring technician — North Ayrshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a car wiring technician in North Ayrshire, Scotland. You will be based at a car service garage. You should have: • ITI certificate in auto electrical or electronics, or equivalent • Good colour vision for identifying wire colours • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems Day to day you will solder and heat-shrink wiring joints; read and clear ECU fault codes; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter; repair air-conditioning electrical controls; service power windows, mirrors and wiper motors.
