Great opportunity: confectioner (Wisconsin)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. You will work at a busy bakery. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
