Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage The role involves discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience.
