Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Douglas County, Kansas. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
