Slinger signaller — Haakon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Haakon County, South Dakota. You will be based at a container port. Requirements: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
