Vacancy available: we are hiring a tyre technician in Portsmouth, England. Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers On a typical shift you will vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £12 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
