General labourer • East Renfrewshire, Scotland

Great opportunity: we are hiring a general labourer in East Renfrewshire, Scotland. The job is on a metro and infrastructure project. On a typical shift you will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage £2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
