Great opportunity: concrete worker (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete worker in Chowan County, North Carolina. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Your main tasks: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
