Machinist • Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machinist in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. You will be based at a busy garment factory. On the job you will handle: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Full-time with occasional weekends.
