We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Your main tasks: • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
