Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Kinney County, Texas. The job is on a bridge maintenance job. On the job you will handle: • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope Requirements: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $15 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
