CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Ripley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Ripley County, Indiana. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience.
