What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer ₦105,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
