You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate On a typical shift you will seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; insulate and ventilate the roof void; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck.
