Health and safety supervisor — Darlington

Immediate opening: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Darlington, England. You will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Part-time with flexible hours.
