Roof repair specialist — Caroline County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Caroline County, Virginia. The job is at a busy roofing firm. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck What we are looking for: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
