Urgent requirement: pastry baker (Wisconsin)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Green Lake County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
