Gas commissioning technician wanted in Calhoun County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Calhoun County, Georgia. You will work at a busy gas installation company. The role involves: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
