Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in McDuffie County, Georgia. The job is in a coffee shop. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
