We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC technician in Custer County, Nebraska. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Day to day you will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts.
