Metal roofing fitter — Scotland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Scotland County, Missouri. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. The role involves: • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
