Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory On the job you will handle: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience.
