Urgent requirement: powder coating operator (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Trego County, Kansas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Six days a week, one day off.
