Prep cook • Jakusko, Yobe State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Jakusko, Yobe State. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
