Vacancy available: fabricator-welder (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Box Butte County, Nebraska. Day to day you will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
