CNC milling operator — Grand Forks County

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. You will work at a busy machine shop. The role involves mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
