Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC inspector in Rice County, Kansas. You will be based in an electronics assembly workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch.
