Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar installer in Pennington County, South Dakota. You should have: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Your main tasks: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
