Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Chelan County, Washington. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 4+ years on the tools preferred.
