Plasterer wanted in Somerset County

Now hiring: we are hiring a plasterer in Somerset County, Maine. The job is in an occupied house during renovation. The role involves: • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel 1+ years on the tools preferred.
