Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
