Aluminium TIG welder — Shomolu

Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Shomolu, Lagos State. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Requirements: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces You will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
