Window glazier • Jim Wells County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a window glazier in Jim Wells County, Texas. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
