The role involves: • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin You should have: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades Rotating shifts.
