Assembly operator — City and County of Swansea

Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly operator in City and County of Swansea, Wales. You will work at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
