Day to day you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
