Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
