Machinist wanted in Grant County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machinist in Grant County, Wisconsin. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Ideal candidate: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance The role involves: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
