Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glass fitter in Lewis County, New York. You should have: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Able to cut glass accurately to size On the job you will handle: • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers 4+ years on the tools preferred.
