We are recruiting: we are hiring a car painter in Clay County, Kansas. You will work in a spray booth. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale You will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
