Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Kaduna South, Kaduna State. You will work on a commercial construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
