Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Pike County, Ohio. The job is in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
