Argon arc welder wanted in Appomattox County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Appomattox County, Virginia. The role involves back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety 4+ years on the tools preferred.
